You may think you wont have any problem obtaining a loan
because you make every payment on time.

Since Lender uses credit scores not credit history,
so you should be paying attention to credit scores
when you thought about buying a home.

It is recommended to check credit report and score by yourself
before lender obtains your credit report
so that you have a chance to review and dispute
if there is wrong information hurting your credit scores.

There so many web sites offers free credit report and scores,
but they are quite tricky and often you ended up paying for something.
I recommend sign up for Free Trial account at http://www.identityguard.com/

Credit scores offered at various web site often uses different formula
to calculate the scores.
So it could happen that you are thinking ok because scores you check were fine,
but score lender obtained were far low and ended up with higher interest loan.

Credit scores at http://www.identityguard.com/ are quite similar to the scores lender obtains,
so it is easier to make project how the scores will be when you are disputing incorrect items.で
When you are taken advantage of Free Trial period,
Make sure not forget to cancel the account before the trial period ends
otherwise you will be charged monthly fee.

Lender uses the middle scores of three scores.
If three scores are 690 720 650, the middle score is 690.

If the middle score is over 750, no need for any worry.
If it is between 700 and 730, it is very well.
But better be cautious because some discrepancy might
make it lower.
You want to keep enough room to stay over 720.
The best is over 750 at all times
When there is incorrect items on the credit report.
You need to file dispute so that score will improve.

If there is items you need to dispute,
please feel free to contact me at Toshiko@MoreRealEstate4U.com
because there is a process you have to go though.
